Tapered roller bearings feature :

Tapered roller bearings refer to radial thrust bearings with rolling bodies as tapered rollers, classifying small cone angle and big cone angle. The small cone angle is mainly subjected to radial and axial joint loads based on radial load, which is often used in double and installed reversely. Its internal and external seats can be installed separately and the radial and axial clearance can be adjusted in the installation and use. The big cone angle is mainly subjected to axial and radial load based on axial loads, which is not used alone to bear pure axial load. The load can be used as a pair of configurations to withstand pure radial load.
Tapered roller bearings are separable bearings, which inner and outer rings have conical raceway. According to the number of rollers, the bearings are divided into single row, double rows, four rows and other rows tapered roller bearings. Single row tapered roller bearings can withstand radial loads and single-aspect axial loads. When the bearing is subjected to radial load, an axial thrust load will be generated, so it needs another bearing that can bear the reverse axial force to balance them.
Tapered roller bearings are widely used in automobiles, rolling mills, mines, metallurgy, plastics machinery and other industries.

Maintenance for linear bearings :
